Jersey & handfeel
Compare cotton and blended jersey options by surface, drape and opacity. Record yarn or finish preferences where relevant. A heavier fabric does not automatically provide a softer feel or better dimensional stability.
Private label / Made to your specification
Build custom T-shirts around the fabric handfeel, neckline and proportions your brand needs. Develop men’s and women’s fits with decoration and labeling considered from the first sample.

Specify neck opening, rib width and recovery, shoulder slope and body length. Review how the neck sits on the body and whether side seams remain balanced after the agreed care cycle.
Match artwork coverage, print method and curing conditions to the selected fabric. Review color, handle and placement on a decorated sample; large prints can change the feel of the front panel.
