Getting started
Where is AARFAR based?
AARFAR is operated by Hangzhou Yuanzhe Clothing Technology Co., LTD, established in 2016 in Hangzhou, China. Share your product brief and destination so development and delivery requirements can be discussed.
What is the minimum order for custom clothing?
Our custom manufacturing minimum is 300 pieces per style, per color. Share your size breakdown and design so we can review the project with you.
Do I need a complete tech pack?
A tech pack is helpful, but you can start with clear reference images and a written brief. We will discuss the missing measurements, fabric and finishing details before a quotation is agreed.
What should I include in an inquiry?
Include the garment type, reference images or tech pack, estimated quantity per color, sizes, branding needs, delivery country and any target date. You can attach files to the inquiry preview.
Are your design references available to buy?
Design References are inspiration for made-to-order development. They are not ready stock and cannot be added to the cart. Use the product inquiry or WhatsApp button to discuss a reference.
Product development
Can I change the fabric, fit or color?
Yes—these are details to discuss in your custom brief. Feasibility, material availability, minimums and pricing depend on the specific design and will be confirmed before an order.
Can I add my own label, print or embroidery?
Tell us where you want your branding and upload artwork if available. We will review the technique, dimensions and placement as part of the development brief.
How does sampling work?
We first agree the sample specification, cost and timing. You review the sample and request any changes before the final production specification is approved. Sample terms are confirmed per project.
Are certifications available?
Tell us the exact standard or documentation your market requires. Certification scope and supporting documents must be checked for the specific material, supplier and order; no blanket certification is claimed.
Orders & delivery
How long does an order take?
Custom and ready-stock delivery schedules are confirmed for each order. Material sourcing, sampling, order size, finishing and destination can affect timing. Please share your target date with your inquiry.
Do you work with brands in the US and Europe?
Our inquiry process is designed for international apparel brands, including US and European buyers. Tell us your delivery country so shipping arrangements and any market-specific requirements can be reviewed.
How is a custom order priced?
Pricing is quoted against the confirmed garment specification, quantity, materials, decoration and packing requirements. Shipping, applicable taxes and payment terms should be clarified in the quotation.
What if there is a quality issue or a wrong item?
Contact jack@aarfar.com within 15 days of receiving the goods, with the order reference, photographs and a description. We will review the issue and agree an appropriate resolution.
Ready Stock
How is Ready Stock different?
Ready Stock is the separate shopping route for products with selectable colors, sizes and quantities. The current preview uses clearly marked demo products so you can review the complete shopping experience.
Can I purchase a demo product?
No real purchase is processed in this preview. Demo prices, variants and checkout screens are for reviewing the design only. Actual inventory and payment options must be configured before launch.
Can ready-stock garments be branded?
Send the selected garment, quantity and branding requirements through WhatsApp or the inquiry form. Suitability and any additional cost or minimum quantity must be confirmed.
