How we work together

From your first idea
to an approved order.

A good collaboration makes decisions visible. Here is what to prepare, what each stage should deliver and what needs approval before moving forward.

01

Share the brief

Define the garment, customer and order scope.

You provide

Send reference images or a tech pack, target wearer, size range, quantity per style and color, delivery country and intended date.

Development work

Review what is defined and identify the decisions needed for a useful quotation.

Stage deliverable

A written project scope and a list of open questions.

Confirm before moving on

Agree which styles and requirements are included.

02

Confirm development scope

Align materials, costs and the sample plan.

You provide

Share fabric and artwork references, target budget and any testing, documentation or packaging requirements.

Development work

Review feasibility, material options, sample scope and the basis of the quotation. Identify items that depend on sample or material approval.

Stage deliverable

An itemized development plan with agreed costs, terms and timing.

Confirm before moving on

Confirm the scope and commercial terms before paid development.

03

Develop & review samples

Turn the brief into a garment you can assess.

You provide

Provide or confirm the base-size measurement chart and artwork. Return one consolidated list of fit and construction comments.

Development work

Develop the agreed sample and review fabric, proportions, construction, trims and decoration against the brief.

Stage deliverable

A sample review record with measurements, photographs and revision notes.

Confirm before moving on

Decide what is approved and what needs another revision.

04

Approve the production standard

Lock the details that bulk will follow.

You provide

Approve the sample, size breakdown, color references, artwork, labels and packing information in writing.

Development work

Align the approved sample with the final specification, agreed tolerances and quality checkpoints. Resolve remaining changes.

Stage deliverable

The approved production specification and confirmed order details.

Confirm before moving on

Authorize bulk only after required approvals and terms are complete.

05

Produce & review quality

Check the order against the agreed standard.

You provide

Stay available for documented decisions if a material or production issue requires review.

Development work

Use the agreed inspection plan for material, construction, measurements, decoration and packing. Record issues and agreed actions.

Stage deliverable

Order-specific production and inspection records, as agreed.

Confirm before moving on

Review any nonconformities and agree the release requirements.

06

Pack, dispatch & follow through

Complete the handover with clear records.

You provide

Confirm consignee, destination, shipment terms and any required documents. Check the shipment on receipt.

Development work

Confirm packing and dispatch arrangements for the order, with available shipment documentation and handover details.

Stage deliverable

Packing and shipment information, plus an after-sales contact.

Confirm before moving on

Report quality issues or incorrect items within 15 days of receipt.

Your starting point

A reference is enough
to start a conversation.

You do not need a finished tech pack to inquire. Be clear about what you already know and where you need development support.

I have an idea, but no tech pack.
Send clear reference images, the details you want to change, your target customer and estimated order quantities. We can discuss which technical decisions and development work need to be included in the project scope.
I already have a tech pack or sample.
Share the current revision, measurement chart, fabric and trim details, artwork and any unresolved issues. Identify the reference sample so comments and approvals refer to the same version.
Can you confirm a launch date now?
Share your target arrival date, destination and order scope. Material approval, sample revisions, production and shipping all affect the schedule. A project-specific plan is confirmed before commitments are made.
