What your project can include

The details we define together

01

Weight & drape

Compare composition, fabric construction and GSM alongside handfeel. Review how the material sits in the intended cut; weight alone does not define volume or structure.

02

Wash, print & embroidery

Specify the wash effect, artwork scale and placement. Review decoration on the selected fabric and assess the finished sample for color, handfeel and measurements.

03

Rib & trims

Define rib depth and fit, hood shape, zips, cords and labels. Review these details with the main fabric so the finish supports the intended silhouette.

A more useful starting brief

Use these points to prepare your specification. Materials, costs, testing and timing are confirmed for each project.

Silhouette & sizing
Provide sample-size measurements and the proposed size range. Define shoulder drop, body and sleeve length, width and trouser shape instead of relying only on an oversized fit description.
Fabric & surface
Specify composition, knit or weave, target GSM, handfeel and color. For washed garments, include a visual or physical reference and review the result on the finished sample.
Artwork & components
Supply print or embroidery artwork with dimensions and placement. List rib, zips, cords, labels and packaging, and identify details that should be shared across matching pieces.

Clothing quality control

Review the sample. Agree the standard.

Before bulk production, confirm materials, measurements, construction, artwork and packing against the approved sample and specification.

Before you start

Can I develop hoodies, T-shirts and jackets together?

Provide a separate brief for each style and a shared direction for color and branding. Review material, construction, fit and quantities by garment so the collection works as a whole.

How should I specify a washed or distressed effect?

Send clear reference images or a physical sample. Agree the target effect and acceptable variation, then review color, measurements and artwork on the finished sample.

What affects a streetwear quotation?

Fabric weight and composition, construction, washing, decoration, trims, quantities by style and color, and packaging all affect the quotation. Sampling and delivery are confirmed for each project.

What to send for a useful quotation

Garment references or a tech pack; fit and size chart; fabric composition, GSM and handfeel; wash references; artwork dimensions and placement; rib, trims and labels; quantities by style and color; destination.
