01

Fabric structure

French terry has a looped reverse; brushed fleece has a raised inner surface. Compare both for the intended season, drape and handfeel. Specify fiber composition and GSM alongside a physical swatch rather than relying on weight alone.

02

Proportion & recovery

Record chest width, body length, shoulder drop, sleeve length and hood dimensions in the base size. Match cuff and hem rib to the main fabric and review how it recovers after stretching.

03

Decoration & wash

Review artwork scale on the actual garment size. A thick embroidery area can affect drape; a wash process may change color and measurements. Assess the combined result on a sample.

Hoodies & Sweatshirts / Buyer questions

Before you send
your brief.

Start with the garment, quantity and target market. Mark any details that still need development.

French terry or brushed fleece—which should I specify?
Describe the season and desired handfeel first. Compare swatches with the intended fiber blend and weight, then review drape, comfort and dimensional change in the sample. Neither construction alone establishes a quality grade.
Can the same design work for men’s and women’s sizes?
It can share a design direction, but proportions and grading should be reviewed separately. Send the intended fit and size range for each collection; do not assume that a smaller men’s size creates the desired women’s fit.
What is the minimum order?
The custom manufacturing minimum is 300 pieces per style, per color. Provide the size breakdown and discuss any multi-piece set components as part of the quotation.
How are price and delivery confirmed?
Pricing depends on the approved material, construction, artwork, quantity and packing requirements. Sample scope, production schedule and delivery are confirmed individually for the order.
