What your project can include

The details we define together

01

Proportion & fit

Set the relationship between body length, sleeve shape and trouser volume. Review cropped, relaxed or fitted proportions across the intended size range.

02

Fabric & finishing

Compare jersey, fleece, French terry and woven options for structure, drape and handfeel. Review color and the finished garment after any agreed wash or treatment.

03

A coordinated collection

Develop tops, hoodies, trousers and woven jackets with a shared color and branding direction. Specify each garment separately so sets and layers work together.

A more useful starting brief

Use these points to prepare your specification. Materials, costs, testing and timing are confirmed for each project.

Range & measurements
List each garment and provide a sample-size measurement chart. Include body length, chest width and sleeve shape for tops, plus rise, inseam and leg width for trousers.
Fabric & finish
Specify composition, structure, target weight, handfeel and color references. Note any garment wash or surface finish, and review its effect on the final fit and appearance.
Branding & trims
Provide artwork size and placement, label positions, zip and button details, and packaging preferences. Check how these elements work across the garments in a coordinated set.

Clothing quality control

Review the sample. Agree the standard.

Before bulk production, confirm materials, measurements, construction, artwork and packing against the approved sample and specification.

Before you start

Can you develop a matching top and trouser set?

Share references for both pieces. Review fabric, color and branding together, with separate measurements, fit approval and quantity requirements for each garment.

How do we define cropped or relaxed fits?

Start with a reference garment and measurement chart. Compare body length, shoulder position, sleeve volume and trouser proportions on the sample, then record the approved measurements.

Can a range combine knit pieces and woven jackets?

Include a brief for each garment. Use shared color and branding references across the range, while reviewing the construction, fabric behavior and fit of each piece separately.

What to send for a useful quotation

Style references or a tech pack; measurements and size range; fabric and finish preferences; colors; artwork and labels; quantities by style and color; destination and target launch window.
