How are production requirements confirmed?
The approved sample, tech pack, size and color breakdown, quality criteria and packing instructions form the project specification. Any later change should be agreed and recorded.
Can I request factory or product documentation?
Tell us which production information, material documents or certification scope you need. Current evidence must be reviewed for the specific facility, material and order before it forms part of an agreement.
How long does an order take?
Custom and ready-stock delivery schedules are confirmed for each order. Material sourcing, sampling, order size, finishing and destination can affect timing. Please share your target date with your inquiry.
