Material Choices & Responsible Product Planning
Material and production decisions should match the garment, its intended use and your brand requirements. Share your priorities at the beginning of your custom clothing enquiry so available options and supporting information can be reviewed for the specific order.
Define your material requirements
Specify fiber composition, fabric weight, hand feel, stretch, durability and care requirements. If your project requires recycled or organic content, tell us the exact composition and documentation you need. Availability, minimum quantities and pricing must be confirmed for the selected material.
Request evidence for specific claims
Certification and traceability requirements should be agreed before sampling or purchasing materials. Ask which documents are available for the relevant supplier, material and order, and check their validity and scope. Do not assume that a material option means every finished garment carries the same certification.
Plan samples and quantities carefully
A clear tech pack, consolidated sample feedback and confirmed measurements help avoid unnecessary revisions. Review your size ratios and expected demand before placing a bulk order, and share replenishment plans early.
Discuss packaging needs
Tell us which labels, bags, cartons and protective packaging are necessary for your product and distribution route. Material choices and any specific packaging requirements should be included in the quotation and final order specification.
Start with your project
Send your product brief, quantities and material requirements. Our custom manufacturing MOQ is 300 pieces per style, per color; special material requirements may need separate review.
